How this site handles your data
Short version: I collect what you send me when you write, plus visit statistics only if you allow cookies. Nothing is sold and nothing is used for ads.
Who is responsible
Stanislav Peev, independent SEO consultant based in Bratislava, Slovakia. For anything about your data, write to info@stanislav-peev.com.
When you write to me
The contact form sends your name, email address, website and message. It is delivered to my mailbox by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co). Email sent to info@stanislav-peev.com is forwarded by Cloudflare Email Routing to a mailbox hosted by Google. If you message me on WhatsApp, LinkedIn or X, those platforms' own privacy policies apply to what you send there.
I use this information only to answer you and, if we decide to work together, to scope and run the project. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract and, for general questions, my legitimate interest in replying (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f)).
I keep a conversation as long as it is useful for it. If we work together, contracts and invoices are kept for the periods Slovak accounting and tax law require. You can ask me to delete a conversation at any time.
Visit statistics (Google Analytics)
The site uses Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages are useful, and only after you click Accept in the cookie banner (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). It then sets two cookies, _ga and _ga_5TB26Q273D, which last up to two years. Advertising features and Google Signals are switched off.
If you decline or ignore the banner, no analytics cookies are set. The page still sends Google a cookieless signal without identifiers, which Google uses only for aggregate statistics. Your choice is stored in your browser (localStorage key sp-consent), not in a cookie. You can change it at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page; declining also removes the analytics cookies.
Hosting and security
The site is hosted by an EU-based hosting provider and served through Cloudflare; both process technical data such as IP addresses and browser details to deliver pages and block attacks. This is my legitimate interest in running a secure site (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
Transfers outside the EU
Google, Cloudflare and FormSubmit may process data in the United States. These transfers rely on the safeguards the providers offer, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction or a portable copy, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and withdraw consent at any time. Write to info@stanislav-peev.com. You can also complain to the Slovak data protection authority, the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.
There is no automated decision-making or profiling on this site.
